Data and purpose
Bellot Systems receives your name, email, company, area of interest and message. Role and phone are optional. We use this information to respond, understand your need and prepare a proposal where suitable. Permission to contact you does not include a newsletter.
Delivery and providers
When configured, the form forwards data to EmailJS and Bellot’s email provider. These providers may process data outside Brazil. Hosting may retain technical access logs; the IP address is used temporarily to limit submission attempts. This site adds no analytics, advertising, accounts or marketing subscriptions.
Retention and requests
Forwarded messages remain in the commercial mailbox and provider records according to service settings. The site does not maintain its own lead database. To request access, correction, deletion or stop contact, email contato@bellotsystems.com. Requests will be assessed in light of applicable obligations. To ask about the retention period applicable to your request, contact us at the same address.
Event registrations
For the webinar, we save name, work email, company, role, control of interest and an optional phone number in Supabase. Event communications permission, future content preference and commercial contact request are recorded separately, with choices and timestamps. Additional options are not required to attend. Campaign UTM tokens may be recorded for attribution. Identifiers remain temporarily in the browser session for up to 30 minutes to preserve the source when navigating to the event. We do not record complete URLs or add personal information to links.
The participant list is not public. The Google Meet link will be emailed manually before the session. Registration does not send an automated email. Attendance is recorded separately; signing up does not mean being a qualified sales opportunity. To change preferences, cancel registration or request access, correction or deletion, email contato@bellotsystems.com. Providers may process data outside Brazil; ask by email about applicable retention periods.
Sensitive information
Do not send credentials, logs, confidential information or third-party personal data. Later technical exchanges require appropriate channels and authorization.
